Every saree at Vahha is a labor of love, hand-woven over several days by artisans who pour their soul into the loom. Because these are authentic handloom pieces, they carry the "thumbprints" of the weaver—a tiny knot, a slight yarn irregularity, or a stray thread. To us, these aren't flaws; they are the beauty marks of a human touch.
To ensure that every Vahha woman receives a fresh, pristine saree that hasn't been through multiple trials, we follow a mindful exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Let’s Chat Before You Buy!
We want you to fall in love with your choice. Not sure about the drape? Want a quick video of the zari in natural sunlight? Message us on WhatsApp! We’re happy to send extra clips so you can shop with total confidence.
2. Our Policy
Because our silks are delicate and made-to-order for your wardrobe, we do not offer monetary refunds. We do not accept returns for:
Change of Mind: "I don't think this color suits me" or "I've changed my mind."
Color Variations: We shoot in natural light, but please remember that every phone and laptop screen shows colors a little differently!
3. The Vahha Exchange
If the saree doesn't spark the joy you expected, we offer a one-time exchange for any other beauty available on our website:
The Timeline: Just drop us a message within 48 hours of receiving your package.
The Condition: The saree must be in its original, untouched folds and unworn. Once we inspect it, you can pick your replacement.
Shipping: As a boutique brand, we ask that you take care of the return shipping and the shipping for your new favorite piece.
4. If We Missed a Beat
We quality-check every single fold, but if your saree arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong one:
The Unboxing Video: Please record a simple video while you open your Vahha package for the first time. This is mandatory for us to solve any transit issues with our courier partners!
Our Promise: For verified damages, we will replace the saree immediately or offer a full refund if that specific piece is sold out.
5. A Final Note
Once the blouse piece is detached or you’ve added falls/tassels, the saree is officially yours and cannot be exchanged.
